Phumulile Mkhonza — Founder & Principal Consultant

Phumulile is a grant writer, entrepreneurship coach and resource mobilisation specialist with over 10 years' experience helping entrepreneurs, NPOs and SMMEs across Africa secure funding and build sustainable businesses. She holds a Master of Arts in Public Management & Governance (NQF 9), and in 2026 was selected as a Grant Writing and Funding Scholar with the Leaders of Africa Institute.

Cornerstone Business Advisory was founded to bring that experience directly to entrepreneurs and organisations across Africa — helping them move from a strong idea to a funded, compliant, growing business.
